Malt agar was the best medium for growth all isolates. Oat meal, bean, potato dextrose and onion agar were less sutible, and sour synthetic and Czapek's agar were unfavourable for pathogen development. Colonies of all isolates fructificated only on potato dextrose agar. Optimal pH values for colony development were 5.5–7.0. At pH 8.0 isolates realized slightly growth. There were no mycelium formation by most isolates at pH 3.5 and 8.5. The optimum temperatures for colonies growth was 20°C, except for isolate C-1 (15-20˚C). The appropriate temperatures were 10°, 15C and 25°C. Colonies growth was slihtly or absent at 5° and 30°C. Uticaj načina zaštite semena ozime pšenice protiv Tiletia tritici 65 Zaštita bilja UDK 633.1-152.484 Vol. 55 (1-4), No 247-250, 65-74, 2004 Naučni rad Beograd UTICAJ NAČINA ZAŠTITE SEMENA OZIME PŠENICE PROTIV TILETIA TRITICI NA KOMPONENTE PRΙNOSA RADE PROTIĆ, SNEŽANA RAJKOVIĆ, MIRA STAROVIĆ, DOBRIVOJ POŠTIĆ, SVETLANA ŽIVKOVIĆ Institut za zaštitu bilja i životnu sredinu, Beograd Istraživanja su izvedena u poljskim uslovima, sa tri sorte ozime pšenice i sedam načina zaštite semena. Utvrdjeno je da je način zaštite semena faktor koji znatno utiče na ispitivana svojstva. U okviru istog načina zaštite nema razlika u broju biljaka i klasnova po m 2 , u koeficijentu produktivnog bokorenja i prinosu zrna. Broj biljaka po m 2 kretao se od 484 kod sorte PKB-Christna do 520 kod sorte Vizija, broj klasova po m 2 od 721 kod sorte PKB-Chistina do 732 kod sorte Pobeda, koeficijenat produktivnog bokorenja od 1.43 kod sorte Vizija do 1.49 kod sorte Pobeda, a prinos zrna od 7.03 t/ha kod sorte Vizija do 7.69 t/ha kod sorte Pobeda. U odnosu na način zaštite broj biljaka po m 2 kretao se od 487 kod tretmana Tilletia tritici + divikonazol, do 517 kod elektronskog načina zaštite, broj klasova od 711 kod kontrole do 746 kod tretmana sa Tilletia tritici, koeficijenat produktivnog bokorenja od 1.44 kod kontrole do 1.50 kod tretmana Tilletia tritici + divikonazola, a prinos zrna od 7.19 t/ha kod kontrole do 7.56 t/ha kod zaštite sa difenokonazolom. Ključne reči: pšenica, sorta, seme, fungicid, komponente prinosa, prinos zrna. UVOD Intenzivna proizvodnja pšenice (uvodjenje novih sorti veće gustine i primena mineralne ishrane) u cilju postizanja viših prinosa zrna, dovodi do povećanja značaja bolesti, naročito mikoznih, a samim tim i do potrebe suzbijanja njihovih prouzrokovača. Pojava širokog spektra bolesti direktna je posledica primene tehnologije visokih prinosa zrna pšenice, jer tada bolesti postaju ograničavajući faktor proizvodnje u neadekvatnoj zaštiti.
