RECOVERY OF ORGANIC WASTE IN THEIR RECYCLING IN
AGRICULTURE

Abstract. Currently, worldwide, household and industrial
activities of population from urban centers produce large quantities
of solid and liquid waste. From all these wastes the most aggressive
towards the environment are those of organic nature, because of
their rapid fermentation resulting a massive air and soil pollution.
From this category of waste are the organic sludge resulted from
the wastewater treatment process in urban cleaning stations.
Considering the requirements of the European environmental
protection rules that have been imposed by the restrictions of
current legislation, the authors of this paper deals with some
innovative aspects of waste recycling, on the one hand to protect
the environment, and on the other hand to exploit mineralized
organic waste as organic fertilizer in agriculture.

SOME EXPERIMENTAL ASPECTS OF BIOMASS BURNING

Abstract. The paper purpose is to present some of the
problems appearing in boilers when burning biomass. The specific
burners for the specific fuel, the fuel preparation technology and
the experiments achieved on pilot and industrial boilers are
presented in the paper.
