<strong>Zella</strong> Mae <strong>Nations</strong><br />
90, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away June 25, 2006 at the City<br />
Hospital in Fayetteville. She was born March 10, 1916 at Strickler, Arkansas, the<br />
daughter of James Graham and Della Florence Secrist English.<br />
<strong>Zella</strong> grew up near Strickler, Arkansas, and married Carl <strong>Nations</strong> in 1937. They<br />
lived in Arizona for several years while their children were young. They returned<br />
back to this area where <strong>Zella</strong> worked at Baldwin Piano until her retirement. She<br />
continued to work after her retirement at the Farmington Elementary School<br />
serving meals to students until she was 82 years old. <strong>Zella</strong> was a member of the<br />
Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Grand Matron at one time.<br />
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl <strong>Nations</strong>.<br />
Survivors include two sons, Dale <strong>Nations</strong> of Farmington, Arkansas, and Morris<br />
<strong>Nations</strong> of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one daughter, Dolores Barr of Prairie Grove,<br />
Arkansas; four sisters, Roxie Miller of Strickler, Arkansas, Violet <strong>Nations</strong> of<br />
Lowell, Arkansas, Martha Blakemore and Joy Bartholomew both of Prairie Grove,<br />
Arkansas; six grandchildren, Sandra Perry, Steven <strong>Nations</strong>, James Edens, Kathy<br />
Keck, Lisa Luke, Mary Ann Howard; twelve great grandchildren;<br />
