THE STATE OF OHIO, Richardson County, ss. Before me, a Notary Public in and for said County, personally<br />

appeared the above named John <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> and Elisabeth <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his wife, and acknowledged the signing and<br />

sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed; and the said Elisabeth <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> being at the same<br />

time examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of said instrument made known to<br />

her byme, she then declared that she did voluntarily sign, seal, and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satisfied<br />

therewith: this 20? day of ?April A.D. 1878<br />

Know all Men by these Presents, That Christian <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> and Juretta <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his wife, of the County of Danton<br />

and State of Texas legal heirs and representatives of Peter Lugenbuhl last of Holmes Co Ohio deceased in<br />

consideration of the sum of four hundred fifty nine 25/100 Dollars, in hand paid by Frederick <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> of the County<br />

of Holmes and State of Ohio do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Frederick<br />

<strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his heirs and assigns, forever, all our TITLE, INTEREST, AND ESTATE, legal and equitable, in the<br />

following premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the County of Holmes and State of Ohio, and bounded and<br />

described as follows:<br />

Being the east part of Military lot no 33 3d quarter & 10 township & 4? range Commencing at the South east corner of<br />

Said lot thence west 93 perches & 12 links to a post on the South line of Said lot thence North 37 perches to a post<br />

thence north 54? east on hundred perches to a post on the north line of Said lot, thence east 12 perches to the North<br />

East corner of Said lot thence South one hundred perches to the place of beginning containing forty one acres &<br />

97/100 of an acre be the Same more or less.<br />

Also the west part of lot no 32 Commencing at the Southwest corner thence north 100 perches to the north West corner<br />

of Said lot thence east 60 perches and 20 links to a post on the north line of Same lot No 32 thence South 56 perches &<br />

12 links to a post thence North 70 1/2? East 33 perches & 12 links to a post thence South 52 perches to a post on the<br />

South line of lot no 32. thence west 25 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot no 32 thence north 20 perches to<br />

a post thence west 56 perches to a post thence South 20 perches to a post on the South line of lot no 32 thence west 43<br />

perches to the place of beginning containing fifty four acres more or less.<br />

Also the Southeast part of lot No 34. Commencing at the Southeast corner of Said lot thence west 12 perches to a post<br />

on the South line thence north 27 perches to a post: thence north 73? east 12 perches to a post on the east line of lot no<br />

34. thence South thirty one perches to the place of beginning containing two 17/100 acres more or less.<br />

Also the Southwest part of lot No 31. Commencing at the Southwest corner of Said lot thence north 4 perches to a post<br />

on the west line of Said lot no 31. thence South 68 1/4? east 11 perches and 17 links to a post on the South line of<br />

Same lot No 31 thence west 10 perches & 34 links to the place of beginning containing fourteen hundredth of an acre<br />

more or less.<br />

The whole of the above described tracts of land all estimated to contain ninety Eight 28/100 acres of land be the Same<br />

more or less<br />

A Certain right of way on lot No 32 (on 54 acre tract) as described in a deed from John Strahm Jr to Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong><br />

dated December 9? 1844 and Recorded in Millersburg in vol 10 Page 397 is hereby and herein excepted.<br />

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, they have hereunto set their hands and seals this 16? day of May A.D. 1878<br />
