Luginbuhl, Gilgeni Family - Luginbuel Funeral Home

ESTATE, legal and equitable, in the following premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the County of Holmes and
State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Being especially a certain reservation privileges and rights concerning certain claim and race to a certain Sawmill (at
the time in paint township in Said Holmes County and ?now tirn? Away) all of which is fully described in a deed
made by John Strahm Jr. to said Peter Luginbuhl above named dated December 9? AD 1844, and recorded in
Millersburg Holmes Co. O. in vol 10. Page 397. April 26? 1845 and all of Said described reservation privileges and
rights are hereby bhe the above grantors Successors to Said John Strahm jr. Remised Released and forever quite
claimed unto the Said heirs of Said Peter Luginbuhl deceased and their heirs and assigns.
IN TESTOMONY WHEREOF, they have hereunto set their hands and seal this 6? day of April A.D. 1878

THE STATE OF OHIO, Holmes County, ssBefore me, a Notary Public in and for said County, personally appeared
the above named John Strahm Jr and Elizabeth Strahm his wife, and acknowledge the signing and sealing of the above
conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed; and the said Elizabeth Strahm being at the same time examined by me,
separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of said instrument made known to her by me, she then
declared that she did voluntarily sign, seal, and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satisfied therewith; this 8?
day of April A.D. 1878.

Know all Men by these Presents, That Mary Luginbuhl Widow of and Peter Luginbuhl (deceased), his wife, of the
County of Holmes and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Sixteen hundred Eight 22/100 Dollars, in hand
paid by Fredrick Luginbuhl of the County of Holmes and State of Ohio do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, AND
FOREVER QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Frederick Luginbuhl his heirs and assigns, forever, all her life dower TITLE,
INTEREST, AND ESTATE, legal and equitable, in the following premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the
County of Holmes and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Being the East part of Military Lot No 33. 3rd quarter & 10th township & 4?Range Commencing at the South east
corner of Said lot thence west 93 perches & 12 links to a post on the South line of Said lot thence North 37 perches to
a post, thence North 54? east one hundred perches to a post on the north line of same lot thence east 12 perches to the
northeast corner of same lot thence South one hundred perches to the place of beginning containing forty one 97/100
acres more or less. Also, the west part of lot No 32. Commencing at the South west corner thence North 100 perches to
the north west corner of Said lot thence east 60 perches and 20 links to a post on the north line of lot no 32 thence
South 56 perches & 12 links to a post thence North 7 1/2?East 33 perches & 12 links to a post thence South 52 perches
to a post on the South line of lot no 32 thence, west 25 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot No 32 thence
