The State of Ohio Holmes County SS<br />

Before me W F Joss a Notary Public in and for Said county personally appeared the above named Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> and<br />

Mary <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his wife and acknowledge the signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act<br />

and deed and the Said Mary <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> being at the Same time apprised of by me separate and apart from her Said<br />

husband and the contents of Said instrument made known to her by me She then declared that she did voluntarily Sign<br />

Seal and Acknowledged the same and that she is still satisfied therein this 18d day of December AD 1860.<br />

Know all men by these presents that we Christian Strahm and Mathilda Strahm his wife of the county of Holmes and<br />

State of Ohio in consideration of the Sum of fifty dollars in hand paid by Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> of the county of Holmes and<br />

State of Ohio have bargained and Sold and do hereby grant bargain Sell and convey unto the said Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his<br />

heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the county of Holmes in the State of Ohio and County and<br />

described as follows Being a part of Lot No thirty four in the third quarter in township No ten & range four:<br />

Commencing four perches north of the South east corner of Said lot No 34.on the line thence north twenty seven<br />

perches. Thence South seventy three degrees west twelve perches; thence South twenty Seven perches to the South line<br />

thence north Seventy three degrees east twelve perches to the place of beginning containing two acres more or less. To<br />

have and to hold Said premises with the appurtenances unto the Said Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his heirs and assigns forever.<br />

And the Said Christian Strahm and Mathilda Strahm for themselves and Heirs doth hereby convenant with the said<br />

Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his heirs and assigns that they are lawfully serzed of the premises that the premises are free and clear<br />

from all incumbrances whatsoever and that they will forever warrant and defend the same with the appurtences with<br />

the said Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony<br />

whereof we have hereunto set out hands and Seals this 12? day of December AD 1860.<br />
