Our 27 comfortable converted lofts are waterside
located, not far from the city centre in southwest Leipzig.
They are part of the historical Leipziger Buntgarnwerke
(Leipzig Yarn Manufacture and Colouring Factories).
Choose from 7 different layouts between 60 and 110 m 2
according to your individual needs. Explore the excellent
cuisine of various restaurants that you can find nearby.
A bakery, supermarket and shopping facilities are all
located in the immediate vicinity. In Clara Zetkin Park
you can enjoy sports or just relax. The city centre is only
5 –10 minutes away by car or public transport.
The Apartment house is peacefully located in the
historical Waldstraße district not far from the city centre.

Our swimming lake is situated on Leipzig’s western
perimeter, surrounded by blissful countryside and
one of the oldest and at yet most beautiful lakes in the
Leipzig region, impressing many guests every year with
its crystal clear water and breathtaking nature. The lake
is not only a paradise for divers but also offers a wide
range of leisure time activities for the whole family, such
as a waterskiing and wakeboarding facility, table tennis,
beach volleyball, a high rope course, hiking routes,
boat rental and fantastic beaches that are great for
swimming (also a nudist beach).
