Instructions for completion
Either fill out the standing order mandate and send it off to your bank, or set the standing order up
yourself if you have online banking (all the details needed to do this are on the mandate).
The important points to note are:-
• The amount will be the amount of their sub divided by six payments.
o So for full sub-paying members, the monthly amount is £30.00 (£180.00 divided by 6)
o For members paying an unemployed or student rate, the monthly amount is £12.50
(£75.00 divided by 6)
• The 'reference' must be used, and this must be the name (christian and surname) of the
member whose sub is being paid.
If you are setting up a standing order could you email Neil Biggs (neil.biggs@btinternet.com) to
confirm that you have done so and copy your captain in. If you don't do this vital step we'll be chasing
you for payment.
