<strong>足</strong> <strong>部</strong> 潰 瘍 又 <strong>與</strong> <strong>糖</strong> <strong>尿</strong> <strong>病</strong> 周 邊 神 經 <strong>病</strong> 變 有 關 , 而 <strong>糖</strong> <strong>尿</strong> <strong>病</strong><br />
周 邊 神 經 <strong>病</strong> 變 ( 痛 ) 的 發 生 和 血 <strong>糖</strong> 控 制 是 否 良 好 有 很 大<br />
的 關 係 。<br />
2. <strong>糖</strong> <strong>尿</strong> <strong>病</strong> 周 邊 神 經 <strong>病</strong> 變 常 見 為 ― <strong>足</strong> <strong>部</strong> 感 覺 喪 失 , 因 感 覺<br />
不 佳 而 容 易 受 到 外 傷 而 沒 有 察 覺 , 若 加 上 血 液 循 環<br />
不 佳 時 易 導 致 缺 血 性 壞 死 的 惡 化 。<br />
