System functions
Operators of the DESIGO building automation and control system have a versatile
range of equipment at their disposal, offering convenient access to the system and
the plant.
Operation and monitoring
Operator station
• The DESIGO INSIGHT management station is a powerful and user-friendly
interface for monitoring of the overall system. Access and alarm management
can be modified to the operator’s supervisory chain. For example, alarms can
be separated based on the user. DESIGO WEB and DESIGO Terminal Service
allows access to the management level using Web technology.
• The PX-WEB software uses Web technology to map all plant and system
information from the automation level to a standard Web browser.
Room unit
• The room unit product range. QAX.. offers functionality matched to meet the
exact requirements / needs of the user and the appropriate design.
Operation in the control panel
• The user-friendly, graphics-based PXM10 operator unit allows full local
operation of the automation stations.
• The PXM20 network-compatible graphics-based operator unit presents all plant
and system information in an easy-to-understand format with a plain-text
commentary.
• PX-WEB can also be used with a touch panel for operation and monitoring of
the automation level.
Manual operation
• The DESIGO TX-I/O modules include facilities for manual/emergency operation
of plants and for the display of operating states.
• The PXC36-S compact automation station incorporates slide switches which
can be configured for manual operation, or as freely-assignable outputs.
