Please read the following guidelines before completing the application<br />
One of the principle objectives of the trust is to give scholarship to deserving poor<br />
Madhva Students for pursuing their education in PUC. The Nidhi <strong>Trust</strong> has accordingly<br />
decided to award,subject to the Rules framed in this behalf, financial assistance in the<br />
form of scholarship etc., to eligible students belonging to Madhwa Community.<br />
No application will be considered if the following requirements are met:<br />
• Character certificate should be attached.<br />
• An Eligibility Certificate stating that the candidate is eligible for scholarship on<br />
account of his poverty should be obtained from two respected members of the<br />
Madhwa Society residing in the applicant’s area, and duly attached with the<br />
application.<br />
• Bonafide studentship Certificate from the College is a Must.<br />
• The Nidhi (<strong>Trust</strong>) shall thereupon as soon as possible consider the application<br />
and decide upon the nature and extent conditions of the financial assistance to be<br />
awarded to the applicant.<br />
• Ordinarily the financial assistance will not be granted to an applicant unless he<br />
has obtained not less than 85%(For Science Course and Diploma),65%(For<br />
Other Courses) marks in SSLC examination.<br />
• Nidhi has limited resources. Hence, Quantum of Scholarship will be decided<br />
every year depending on availability of funds and also number of<br />
Applications Received.<br />
• Boy Student Should compulsorily learn Sandhya Vandane and Sri Hari<br />
Vayusthuthi with in next Financial Aid Year.<br />
• Girl Student should compulsorily learn Lakshmi Shobane Or Two Sandhi’s<br />
of Hari Katamrutha Sara with in next Financial Aid Year.<br />
• Proof <strong>Of</strong> Income Certificate/Pay Slip should be attached.<br />
• Nidhi Volunteers may visit students for verifications of information given in<br />
application.<br />
• Family gross income should be less than 60,000 Per Anum<br />
