2. SÉCURITÉ DU TRAVAIL ET SANTÉ Les tondeuses autoportées modèles Ac 92-18, AC 92-20 et AC 92-23 4x4 dénommées CROSSJET sont fabriquées conformément aux normes européennes de sécurité en vigueur. Le constructeur de la machine confirme ceci dans la Déclaration de conformité, qui est jointe à la fin de ce manuel de l’utilisateur ( 10). Si cette machine est utilisée correctement et conformément au manuel de l’utilisateur, sa sécurité est maximale. En cas de non-respect des règles de sécurité du travail et de tous les avertissements dans ce manuel, cette tondeuse peut couper les mains et les jambes ou dévier des objets, causant ainsi de graves blessures, voire la mort, pour les personnes et endommager ou détruite ses parties ou ses accessoires, voire elle-même. 2.1 CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ L’utilisateur est la personne principalement responsable de sa sécurité et de la sécurité des autres personnes durant l’utilisation de la tondeuse autoportée. Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité quant aux blessures aux personnes et aux dégâts à la machine et écologiques résultant d’une utilisation de la machine non conforme à toutes les consignes de sécurité fournies dans ce manuel de l’utilisateur. 2.1.1 CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ ! Cette machine ne doit être conduite que par une personne de plus de 18 ans ayant lu ce manuel de l’utilisateur. ! L’utilisateur de la machine a la responsabilité de la sécurité des personnes à proximité de la zone de travail de la machine. ! Il est interdit d’apporter des modifications techniques à la machine et à ses accessoires sans l’autorisation écrite de la part du constructeur. Toute modification sans autorisation entraînera des conditions de travail dangereuses et annulera la garantie. ! Respectez toutes les exigences liées à la sécurité incendie ( 2.4). ! Ne retirez pas les autocollants de sécurité ou les étiquettes de la machine. ! Ne restez pas à proximité de la machine ou au-dessous de celle-ci dans le cas où elle serait soulevée et qu’elle ne serait pas suffisamment fixée pour empêcher sa chute ou son basculement. ! Arrêtez toujours le carter de coupe et le moteur et retirez la clé de contact lorsque : vous nettoyez la machine vous retirez l’herbe accumulée dans le carter de coupe vous êtes passé sur un corps étranger et qu’il est nécessaire de contrôler si la machine a été endommagée ou s’il est nécessaire de remédier au dégât la machine vibre avec une force inhabituelle et qu’il est nécessaire d’identifier la cause des vibrations vous réparez le moteur ou d’autres parties mobiles (débranchez également les câbles des bougies) 2.1.2 AVANT D’UTILISER LA MACHINE ! N’utilisez pas la tondeuse autoportée si elle est endommagée ou si l’un de ses éléments de protection est absent. Tous les capots et tous les éléments de protection doivent toujours être en position. Par conséquent, ne retirez pas et ne mettez pas hors service les éléments de protection de la machine. Contrôlez régulièrement que ces éléments fonctionnent parfaitement. ! Ne travaillez pas avec la machine après avoir consommé de l’alcool, des médicaments ou des substances affectant votre perception. ! Ne travaillez pas avec la machine si vous souffrez de vertiges, de défaillance ou si vous êtes affaibli ou distrait d’une manière ou d’une autre. ! Avant de mettre la machine en marche, familiarisez-vous le plus possible avec tous les manipulateurs et assurez-vous que vous pouvez les contrôler de manière à arrêter ou éteindre immédiatement le moteur si nécessaire. !
