TORCH WIZARD NOZZLE CLEANING STATION
The Torch Wizard TM assists in maintaining quality and productivity in
MIG welding cells by removing spatter build-up in the gas nozzle.
Anti-Spatter (Blue Magic TM ) is applied via the cutter’s center allowing
reaming and spraying simultaneously for shorter cleaning cycles and
higher part production. One year warranty.

NOTE: Each base unit requires a reamer bit (based on I.D. of gas nozzle being
used) and power/control cable. Required FRL is available for purchase.

The Torch Wizard II TM nozzle cleaning station is specially designed for
semi-automatic welding. In one easy motion it reams and cleans the
nozzle bore, nozzle face, diffuser and contact tip face. Blue Magic TM
anti-spatter can be applied with an optional spray unit during the
cleaning process, providing a protective coating for longer nozzle
cycle time. One year warranty.
