• The Company, over the last 23 years, has acquired a global leadership
position in the design, manufacture, supply, erection and supervision of
erection & commissioning of Cold Rolling Mill Complexes (Mills, Process lines
and Auxiliary Equipments)
• The Belgian Group CMI (Cockerill Maintenance & Ingénierie)
completed the acquisition of Flat Products Equipments (I) Ltd. in June 2008.
Flat Products Equipments has been renamed as CMI FPE Ltd. and it is part
of CMI Industry Group.
