Margit Keller (PhD) is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Journalism and Communication of the University<br />

of Tartu. Her fields of research include the development of consumer society in Estonia, with a current focus on the consumption<br />

Maie Kiisel (MA) is an assistant at the Institute of Journalism and Communication of the University of Tartu. Her fields<br />

of research include the development of environmental consciousness, environmentally conscious consumer behaviour,<br />

and participation in decisions related to environmental policy. (5.2.)<br />

Pille Pruulmann-Vengerfeldt (PhD) is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Journalism and Communication of<br />

the University of Tartu. Her research interests are connected to the development of the information society in Estonia,<br />

including the inclusion of people in politics and the operation of cultural and memory institutions through means available<br />

Kristina Reinsalu (PhD) is the Local Government Program Director at e-Governance Academy and a Research Fellow<br />

at the Institute of Journalism and Communication of the University of Tartu. Her fields of research include the e-<br />

state and e-democracy at a local level as well as the use of information technology in the communication of public sector<br />

Erik Terk (PhD) is Director of the <strong>Estonian</strong> Institute for Future Studies (<strong>Estonian</strong> Institute for Future Studies of Tallinn<br />

University as of 2009). His main areas of research include future studies, connections between economic development<br />

and social and political developments, development planning at a national and regional level. (6.6., 6.5., 7.)<br />

Reelika Leetmaa (MSc, Master of Science in Economics) is a Programme Director at PRAXIS Center for Policy Studies.<br />

Her fields of research include labour and social policy (active and passive labour policy, flexibility of the labour market,<br />

social insurance). (6.4.)<br />

Silja Lassur (BA in Sociology, currently a doctoral student) is a Research Fellow/Project Manager at the <strong>Estonian</strong><br />

Institute for Future Studies; Research Fellow at the <strong>Estonian</strong> Institute for Future Studies of Tallinn University as of 2009.<br />

Her main areas of research involve innovation policy, international innovation-related cooperation, and creative economy<br />

Külliki Tafel-Viia (MSc, Master of Social Sciences, currently a doctoral student) is a Research Fellow/Project Manager<br />

at the <strong>Estonian</strong> Institute for Future Studies; Research Fellow at the <strong>Estonian</strong> Institute for Future Studies of Tallinn University<br />

as of 2009. Her main areas of research include creative economy and social innovation. (6.5.)<br />

Helje Kaldaru (PhD) is the Professor of Microeconomics at the University of Tartu. Her main areas of research involve<br />

Anneli Kaasa (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Economic Theory at the University of Tartu. Her main areas of<br />

Raul Eamets (PhD) is the Professor of Macroeconomics and the Head of the Institute of Economics of the University<br />

of Tartu. His main areas of research involve flexibility of the labour market, labour relations, the connections between<br />

Alari Purju (PhD) is the Professor of Economic Theory and the Director of the Institute of Social Sciences at the <strong>Estonian</strong><br />

Business School. His main fields of research include institutional economics, foreign trade theory, and public sector<br />
