The role will also provide information, referrals and advise to all walk-in customers at branch level in terms of small enterprise development. Kwazulu Natal: uThungulu Branch Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service/ Information Management At least 2 – 4 years experience in a customer service/ information management environment Implementation of the provincial information management strategy and plan Coordination of branch events and activities Dissemination of information to internal and external branch stakeholders Maintenance and updating of information sources Provision of information, advice and referrals Excellent understanding of small enterprise development sector Understanding of Seda standard operating procedures of products and services Communication written and verbal Good interpersonal skills Multitasking Page 1
