MAIN PURPOSE OF THE <strong>JOB</strong><br />
Provide a secretarial and administrative service to the<br />
Branch Manager by ensuring that day-to-day operations in<br />
the Branch Manager’s office are co-ordinated and managed<br />
effectively and efficiently. The position will also answer<br />
and direct calls to the relevant people, as well as receive<br />
and welcome guests in the Branch Office.<br />

A relevant secretarial qualification will be an added<br />

3 - 5 years experience working as a secretary &<br />
Switchboard operator<br />
Provide administrative, co-ordination and secretarial<br />
services to the branch<br />
Provide administrative support for partnership and<br />
service providers relationships<br />
Develop, implement and maintain an effective filling<br />
systems<br />
Co-ordinate and effect the dissemination of documents<br />
to relevant stakeholders<br />

Switchboard and reception services<br />
Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial,<br />
administrative, switchboard and reception duties and<br />
