UltraPak HU Permanent Hydraulic-Set Sealbore Packer<br />

<strong>Weatherford</strong>’s UltraPak HU permanent hydraulic-set, sealbore packer<br />
is designed for single- or multiple-zone completions in straight to highly<br />
deviated wellbores with high differential pressure. The upper sealbore<br />
of the packer and integral hydraulic-setting chamber enable single-trip<br />
installation for operational efficiency. The robust, high-performance packer<br />
can be set without rotating or reciprocating the tubing string.<br />
The packer has passed rigorous ISO 14310 testing, is rated from 45° to<br />
350°F (7° to 177°C), and is available with materials tailored for hostile<br />
environments.<br />

• Along with the setting cylinder below the element, the one-piece mandrel<br />
eliminates the O-ring connection between the top sub and mandrel,<br />
minimizing leak paths and providing greater reliability.<br />

• The packer is fully envelope-tested to ISO 14310 industry standards for<br />

• The packer components are rotationally locked to enable rotation into<br />
liner tops and horizontal sections, saving rig time.<br />
• Full-strength, full-circle slips distribute the load evenly around the parent<br />
casing wall, maximizing the load rating and reliability.<br />
