Headstock<br />

The 2-level gearing unit ensures high torque, also at 4-axis machining. The<br />

headstock assures high accuracy through its thermosymmetric design with<br />

circulatory oil lubricant.<br />

For Your Individual Machine<br />

Live tools<br />

Turning, drilling, milling and tapping in only one chucking offers the best<br />

machining quality. Just one chucking means no charge-over and less<br />

fixturing.<br />

Turret or tool changer<br />

We perform your individual turning task. You can choose: 2 or 4 axes with<br />

turret or tool changer – everything is possible.<br />

The design of the tool magazines can be adapted individually to the<br />

required types of tools. Two different tool magazines are available in our<br />

product range:<br />

, Chain- or rack-type magazine for a high number of tools<br />

Apart from different magazines it is also possible to store different tool<br />

holders. Depending on the machining task we use for example VDI tools<br />

for turning processes and tools with modular tool systems for drilling and<br />

Automatic work piece handling<br />

For the manchining of larger parts it is getting more and more important<br />

today to reduce idle time and to increase productivity. We provide different<br />

approaches and solutions for the automation of all systems machining<br />

parts up to 2000 kg and to thus completely eliminate manual loading and<br />

unloading. This leads to high efficiency and repeat accuracy which is further<br />

increased by the integration of additional options such as turning stations,<br />

camera recognition and measuring systems. Benefit from our know-how<br />
