The spider charts that follow (Figures 61 to 63) present citation rates (entire period) in a similar<br />
manner to Figures 57 – 60 with the difference that the countries are depicted on the axes and<br />
the disciplines are represented by curves in each of the charts. This makes it possible to<br />
illustrate all of the countries that publish in a discipline in the one chart, which in turn allows us<br />
to determine the country with the strongest perception in each of the disciplines. For example,<br />
the citation rate of Singapore in mathematics is above that of Germany. The same is true for<br />
publications in medicine from New Zealand.<br />
