CAPITULO 13<br />
Inicialmente son adecuadas las flexiones, simples movimientos articulares en los<br />
cuales vencemos el peso de nuestro propio cuerpo; posteriormente podemos<br />
recurrir a otros métodos que requieran la utilización de pesas o equipos.<br />
Nunca, ningún ejercicio debe causa dolor, en eso debemos ser cuidadosos<br />
ya que es fácil entender que las lesiones en este tipo de ejercicios son más<br />
frecuentes que en los ejercicios aeróbicos.<br />
Los pacientes con osteoporosis requieren estar en un programa de ejercicios<br />
terapéuticos que complementan el tratamiento medicamentoso. Y es muy<br />
importante que todos, desde edades tempranas, estemos en programas de<br />
ejercicios para prevenir ésta y otras patologías. 19<br />
