五 、 步 驟<br />
1. 清 洗 燒 結 玻 璃 濾 器 , 在 110°C 烘 箱 中 烘 乾 1 小 時 ( 為 節 省 時 間 , 上<br />
述 步 驟 由 助 教 執 行 ), 以 坩 堝 鉗 夾 出 置 於 乾 燥 器 ( desiccator ) 中 冷<br />
卻 , 秤 <strong>重</strong> 記 錄 <strong>重</strong> <strong>量</strong> ( 同 學 由 此 步 驟 開 始 進 行 )。 <strong>重</strong> 複 烘 乾 、 冷 卻 、<br />
秤 <strong>重</strong> 直 至 得 到 恆 <strong>重</strong> (constant weight,± 0.3 mg )。<br />
2. 以 吸 <strong>量</strong> 管 吸 取 25 mL 樣 品 溶 液 , 加 入 100 mL 去 離 子 水 稀 釋 後 ,<br />
加 熱 到 快 沸 騰 , 加 入 1 g 酒 石 酸 、5 滴 甲 基 紅 指 示 劑 , 再 加 6 M 氨<br />
水 直 到 溶 液 由 淡 紅 色 轉 變 成 黃 色 。<br />
3. 使 溶 液 溫 度 維 持 在 70°C, 緩 慢 加 入 25 mL DMG 試 劑 後 , 再 緩 慢<br />
加 入 20 mL 3 M 醋 酸 銨 , 持 續 攪 拌 , 使 溶 液 溫 度 維 持 在 60°~70°C<br />
之 間 , 加 熱 半 小 時 。<br />
4. 冷 卻 至 室 溫 , 使 用 水 流 式 抽 濾 裝 置 及 秤 過 <strong>重</strong> 之 燒 結 玻 璃 濾 器 過 濾<br />
沉 澱 物 。<br />
5. 各 以 5 mL <strong>的</strong> 沖 洗 液 (washing solution) 沖 洗 沉 澱 物 三 次 。<br />
6. <strong>重</strong> 複 步 驟 1, 烘 乾 、 冷 卻 、 秤 <strong>重</strong> ( 濾 器 及 沉 澱 物 <strong>重</strong> ), <strong>重</strong> 複 數 次 直 到<br />
恆 <strong>重</strong> 為 止 。<br />
7. 計 算 <strong>鎳</strong> <strong>的</strong> <strong>重</strong> <strong>量</strong> 。<br />
8. 清 洗 燒 結 玻 璃 濾 器 : 以 3 M HCl (aq) 浸 泡 坩 堝 約 半 小 時 , 再 以 清 潔<br />
劑 清 洗 乾 淨 後 , 以 去 離 子 水 沖 洗 , 並 烘 乾 。<br />
