分 析 化 學 <strong>實</strong> <strong>驗</strong><br />
E、 <strong>牛</strong> <strong>奶</strong> <strong>中</strong> <strong>鈣</strong> <strong>的</strong> <strong>定</strong> <strong>量</strong><br />
1. 於 100 mL 體 積 <strong>量</strong> 瓶 加 入 10 mL <strong>牛</strong> <strong>奶</strong> 、20 mL 去 離 子 <strong>水</strong> <strong>及</strong> 6 M<br />
HCl 0.3 mL 振 盪 混 合 後 再 靜 置 10 分 鐘 。<br />
2. 加 入 0.5 M NaOH (aq) 2.5 mL, 加 去 離 子 <strong>水</strong> 稀 釋 至 標 線 。<br />
3. 以 重 力 過 濾 法 過 濾 ( 花 形 濾 紙 )。<br />
4. 錐 形 瓶 <strong>中</strong> 放 入 25 mL 濾 液 、pH = 10 buffer 2 mL <strong>及</strong> 3 滴 EBT 指<br />
示 劑 , 以 0.01 M EDTA 標 準 液 滴 <strong>定</strong> 溶 液 由 紫 紅 色 轉 變 成 藍 色 。<br />
記 錄 EDTA 所 滴 <strong>定</strong> <strong>的</strong> 體 積 。<br />
5. 重 複 步 驟 4, 求 EDTA 平 均 滴 <strong>定</strong> 體 積 。<br />
6. 計 算 <strong>牛</strong> <strong>奶</strong> <strong>的</strong> ppm Ca。<br />
