• Reduction of development charge fees for<br />
property owners interested in rehabilitating &<br />
redeveloping sites.<br />
• Note: DCs applicable only to net additional GFA;<br />

DC equivalent grant to maintain intent to charge<br />
DCs that incur growth-related costs.<br />
