DESCRIPTION
It is an aliphatic polyurethane varnish used for the
treatment, decoration and protection of pavements
coating, its finishing is glossing also could be ant
slipping by combining with quartz sand.
Is a mono-component product, dry by the ambient
temperature forming a hard continue film of excellent
mechanical and chemicals' properties, given it a high
adhesion , resistance to extreme temperature and UV
radiation.
APPLICATION
Should be applied on smooth, clean, dry and
without residual moisture support, to level the
irregular surfaces, could use the mastic
DESMOSEAL MASILLA-PU.
In most application it doesn't need a primer.
On crystal support it needs a PRIMER-T for more
information please contact technical department.
Could be applied by roller, brush or spraying
equipment as airless gun.
For cleaning, use DESMOPOL SOLVENT.
When is used as DESMOPOL membrane sealer
or on pavements, it could be pigmented by paste
pigment of 10%, must be applied before 24 hours
of desmopol or pavement application.
During pigmentation process, avoid introducing
air when mixing.
Recommended performance is 0,1 - 0,2 kg/m2
Apply by thin layer.
Repaint is between 6 and 24 hours, must not
exceed 48 hours.
When is required an ant slipping finishing, is
possible to add to last layer an arid, its
granulometry depends of final use.
Recipient once is open, is recommended its use as
soon as possible.
ALLOWED USES
As varnish for pavement's protection and
decoration. By increasing abrasion and UV (once
is pigmented) resistance, is compatible with
pigments.
Concrete protection.
Wood, marble, mortar and stone protection.
Used as varnish on DESMOPOL waterproofing
systems to increase abrasion and UV radiation
resistance.

Fast curing, excellent adhesion on many
superficies' types.
Aliphatic at 100% without tonality changes.
Excellent resistance to hail, snow and rain.
High resistance to extreme temperature from -
40ºC to +80ºC , max shock temperature 200ºC.
As it is liquid is adaptable on all forms.
High resistance to abrasion, rupture and stress.
High resistance to chemicals.
COLOURS
Transparent bright, or according to paste pigment
RAL variety.
PERFORMANCE
Performance is between 0,1 to 0,2 kg /m2.
PACKING
Metallic recipient of 20kg or box of 4 units each one of
4kg.

Water absorption
