PRIMER-PU 1050
DESCRIPTION
PRIMER-PU 1050 is a bi-component polyurethane
primer of low viscosity, it is created specifically to
increase the adhesion and the union of systems
(polyurethane, polyurea) on porous surface's
substrate as, concrete, PVC panels, asphaltic sheet,
marble, etc..
Drying time is approximately 1-3 hours.
Pot life: 45 to 60 minutes.
Repaint: 24 and even 48 hours

ADVANTAGES
100% solid, free VOC emission.
Excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
Without solvent, capacity for use in poorly
ventilated areas.
Fast drying, also at low temperature.
100% waterproof.
Possible application on damp surfaces.
Accept solid charges for filling irregularities. Not
flammable (VOC = 0).
High adhesion on porous surfaces.
High performance (low consumption).
APPLICATION
Require a smooth surface, flat, clean and dry.
Can be applied by roller, brush or spray
equipment (airless).
Consumption is about 0.200 kg/m2.
PACKAGE
Containers of 5 and 25 kg of each component

STORAGE STABILITY
6 months at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C in a
dry place, once the container is opened, it should be
used as soon as possible.
CLEANING
The cleaning is done with the solvent DESMOPOL
SOLVENT.
