• How do you respond to compliance issues? (i.e., what action has been taken with
violations, e.g., warnings, expulsions?)
• What, if any guidelines does your team use to assist staff in dealing with compliance
issues? How were these developed?
• Which staff are involved in enforcing and dealing with compliance issues?
• Are you personally comfortable enforcing the policy?
• Have there been any unintended consequences of enforcing the policy (e.g., have
players left the team, complaints by parents)
