The 4th of July is over! It was a
grueling day with three parades, all over
2 miles in length. The heat index was
over 100 degrees, and the water and ice
dwindled quickly. Chang was extremely
popular. Parade-goers all wanted Chang
to sneeze on them as they looked for
any way to get cooled off.

Thomas and Brent Kisro and Meghan
Specht for supplying the lunch for the
nobles!
The boys under the Dragon endure

"it wasn't bad."

The Dragon Patrol will
attend Midwest at Grand
Forks. Chang is parading
for his 31st year this year
and has made every
Midwest session during
those past 31 years!! Way
to go Chang! Chang
currently has 28 parades
scheduled and he keeps getting
more requests; several have
been turned down as the date is
already booked.
