Grand Forks on <strong>August</strong><br />

9th Line –up at 5:00<br />

PM and Step-off at<br />

6:00 PM. Oasis is at the Gary Winter<br />

end of the Parade in<br />

Downtown East Grand Forks<br />

Minnesota. Saturday <strong>August</strong> 11th Lineup<br />

at 9:00 AM and Step-off at 10:00<br />

AM. Oasis after the Parade in<br />

Downtown Grand Forks North Dakota.<br />

For those riding the bus back to St. Paul<br />

we will leave right after the Oasis.<br />

St. Paul Park (Heritage Days)<br />

Saturday <strong>August</strong> 18th. Line-up at 10:00<br />

AM and Step-off at 11:00 AM. (We are<br />

No. 16 in the parade) Oasis is at the<br />

American Legion Club Post 98. They<br />

are also our sponsor for this parade so it<br />

would be nice to say thank you to the<br />

Legion Members. There will also be a<br />

Pancake Breakfast at the Newport<br />

Masonic Lodge in St. Paul Park, just a<br />

few blocks from the legion post. I<br />

should mention that the breakfast is<br />

great.<br />

The final Parade of the season is<br />

River Falls, Wisconsin, Saturday<br />

September 29th. Line-up at 10:30 AM<br />

and step-off at 11:00 AM. Oasis is at<br />

the Woodwinds Restaurant starting at<br />

8:30 AM. The start of the parade is only<br />

1/2 block from the Woodwinds.<br />

The St. Paul Saints Baseball game is<br />

Tuesday <strong>August</strong> 21st. Tailgating starts at<br />

4:00 PM. Game time at 7:05 PM. Bring<br />

a prospective member and they will go<br />

to the game FREE – and so will you.<br />

Let’s have a lot of Shriners and<br />

prospective members for this game.<br />

September 4th Stated Meeting at the<br />

Rochester Zagalas at Blooming Prairie<br />

Osman Event at 6:30 PM. Dinner at<br />

5:00 PM.<br />

September 16th Shriners Sunday<br />

Fun Day golf and dinner (buttermilk<br />

chicken).<br />

Potentates Trip to Boston and Maine<br />

September 27th to October 3rd.<br />

We will have a Ceremonial at Garnet<br />

Lodge on October 20th. Let’s have a lot<br />

of candidates for this Ceremonial!<br />

Our annual Hufli Turkey Dinner is<br />

October 29th (start setting up your<br />

table). Club and Unit Meeting on<br />

November 13th.<br />
