Alexandria Shrine Club and 4 Wheelers
The Alexandria Shrine Club met at the
shrine building in Alexandria in Jul. We
had good weather and a good pot luck
meal with burgers and brats. Noble Loren
conducted the meeting and noble Ralph
Berg gave the invocation.
Noble Mike Denke’s Grandma is doing
well after the loss of her twin sister. Noble
Ron Williams is doing well
and looking good.
Brother Allan
LaValley passed
away recently.
Amelia still
has a few
DVD’s of the
presentation
she gave at
the
Christmas
party last
year.

We are busy with parades with MSA
coming up soon. The rides have been
looking pretty good so far, but the end of
the season is coming up.
Circus co-chair Ralph Berg thanked
everyone for their wonderful co-operation
on the circus. Noble Ralph and Bill
Weaver will be retiring from the position
this year. Thanks for the great job.
Revenues were up
this year, but
expenses were also
up, should have
final totals in the
August meeting.
Good news
from the last
Imperial Session is
that the wife
and
children
of a
Shriner
are
allowed
to be in a
motorized
vehicle
during a nonshrine
sponsored
parade. There are
some exceptions to
this, but overall,
great job Imperial.
This is a giant step
forward for Shriners
everywhere.
October is our
last payment on the
four wheelers. A big thank you to all that
have been a part of this, it’s greatly
appreciated.
Got told from Jim G. to mention that
the Alex 4-Wheelers are now the "Award
Winning 4-Wheelers" since MSA in
Grand Forks. The 4-Wheelers got 2nd
place in the obstacle course. Way to go
guys!!

projects and decided to use it to do a Shrine Wordle!!
