About MultiJet Cleaning System
MultiJet High Pressure Cleaner is a modular cleaning
system for paper machine clothing, such as dryer
fabrics, forming fabrics and press felts.
MultiJet requires minimum maintenance and offers a
short investment payback time. It has the highest
running reliability and cleaning efficiency in the market
and is a pioneer in the industry.

Working principle
MultiJet High Pressure Cleaner uses high pressure water in combination with an effective evacuation and
air knife system. This patented method offers excellent results in removing contaminants. The water
pressure is optimised to ensure optimum cleaning, and other factors – such as the final dryness of the
cleaned surface – can be adjusted individually for each paper machine.
MultiJet cleans during ongoing production without leaving any moisture streaks or in any other way negatively
affecting the paper quality. The MultiJet cleaning method is very gentle but effective on the object to be
cleaned. No chemicals or other additional ingredients are necessary, only water. There is no contact with
the surface other than from the air and water jets.
The system is always reliable. It cleans effectively both the surface and deep in the fabric (where applicable),
while ensuring that all removed contaminants are collected and discharged outside the paper machine. For
this we have developed separate vacuum and cyclone units for evacuating all contaminants.

About MultiJet&Brush Cleaning System
MultiJet&Brush is a development of the MultiJet for
on-line backing roll cleaning. It uses the same technique
as the MultiJet in combination with an effective rotating
brush.
MultiJet&Brush improves coating efficiency and reduces
significantly roll related quality loss in paper caused by
contaminants such as coating colours, fibers or chemicals.

Working principle
MultiJet&Brush High Pressure Cleaner uses the same patented method of high pressure water,
evacuation and air knife system as the MultiJet in combination with an effective rotating brush to offer the
same excellent results in removing contaminants.
High pressure water, brush and effective air knife system working in combination enables to remove impurities
such as “butterflies”, “shadow marks”, coating streaks and bleed throughs.
MultiJet&Brush cleans during ongoing production without leaving any moisture streaks or in any other way
negatively affecting the paper quality. The MultiJet&Brush cleaning method is very gentle and effective on
the rolls. No chemicals or other additional ingredients are necessary, only water, brush and air jets.
It cleans effectively with high pressure water in combination with brush, while ensuring that all removed

Every installation of MultiJet and MultiJet&Brush are custom made for each application. This makes it
possible to optimize water pressure, brush configuration and the final dryness of the cleaned surface, as
well as other parameters, to successfully remove all contaminants.

LAYOUT
The system consists of a central unit to which up to six MultiJet and/or MultiJet&Brush cleaning systems
can be connected.
The whole system consists of the following units:
Cleaning unit with integrated multiple water jet, air knives and evacuation vacuum traversing the surface
High pressure water pump unit for maximum 400/600 bar pressure
High capacity vacuum fan for vacuum of -0.3 bar at 17m³/min
Cyclone separator and water lock for successful evacuation of all contaminants
Electric cabinet with PLC control system and logic
