Flavor products are sold principally to<br />
the food <strong>and</strong> beverage industries for<br />
use in consumer products such as soft <strong>and</strong><br />
non-carbonates drinks, c<strong>and</strong>ies, baked<br />
goods, desserts, prepared foods, dietary<br />
foods, dairy products, drink powders,<br />
pharmaceuticals, snack foods <strong>and</strong> alcoholic<br />
beverages.<br />
Markets<br />
Two of the Company’s largest customers for<br />
flavor products are major producers of<br />
prepared foods <strong>and</strong> beverages in the United<br />
States. Flavor products accounted for 48%<br />
of the Company’s 2011 sales.<br />

Products<br />
Fragrance products are used by customers in the<br />
manufacture of various consumer goods in the<br />
home <strong>and</strong> personal care markets, such as<br />
perfumes, colognes, soaps, detergents,<br />
lotions <strong>and</strong> powders, after-shave lotions,<br />
deodorants, hair care products, c<strong>and</strong>les,<br />
air fresheners <strong>and</strong> all-purpose cleaners as<br />
well as in other consumer products.<br />
