Function and Design
The concept of sliding panels originated in Japanese
cultural traditions. In the 1970’s Silent Gliss was the
first company to successfully adapt this idea for a new,
high-quality window treatment solution. Still today, with
the latest generation, Silent Gliss continue to offer a
unique range of panel glide systems, providing a truly
remarkable and creative opportunity for interiors.
Straight or curved
Our systems are either straight or curved, offering the
perfect solution in every situation.
Connected panels
Connected panels are easily operated by an optional
stylish draw rod.
Cord operated
A single cord operates the panels, and various stacking
possibilities allow you to individualise your panel system.
Motorised
The straight system Silent Gliss 2700 and 2650 Panel
Fold can be operated electrically by fixed wall switch or
from the comfort of your chair with our remote control
system.
Smooth and silent
Sophisticated in design, the rollers and tracks allow a
smooth and virtually silent gliding of the panels.

Attention to Detail
Our carriers for system 2700 are top quality. The aluminium
carrier is durable and highly functional travelling
smoothly and quietly along the track. Alternatively, a
unique transparent carrier is perfect for applications where
very delicate and fine fabrics are used.
The click-in option for Silent Gliss 2700 allows even
greater flexibility. The carrier can simply be clicked in
after the profile is mounted to the ceiling.
Recess your system
For the perfect installation – recess profiles allow the
system Silent Gliss 2700 to be mounted close to the
ceilling.

Around the corner
System Silent Gliss 2730 Flex allows panels to be
stacked “around the corner”. Due to an innovative and
ingenius track system, the profiles can be bent down
to a narrow 15cm radius which allows the system to
be used in rooms with 90 degree angles. Stacking the
panels to the side offers undisturbed views.
A Curved Sensation
Our bendable panel glide system Silent Gliss 2730 Flex
adjusts to every possible room layout. It can be used as
a design element or room divider due to its adjustable
tracks and panels – every room is individual.
A unique flexible carrier allows the smooth and silent
gliding of panels effortlessly around corners with
narrow angles without stretching the fabrics.

A high quality, bendable design fascia offers the perfect
finish and effectively hides the internal workings of the
panel glide system.
An Innovation in
Room Dividing
The new stylish draw rod enables the system to be
operated with ease. A slight pull is enough to make the
panels glide almost silently and the aluminium tube
guarantees high stability.
The system Silent Gliss 2760 enables the installation of
panels in hospitals and in rooms with uneven ceilings.
It also offers endless ways to separate, decorate and
design your room!
The system is suspended with sturdy hangers allowing
air circulation throughout the room. The hangers give
stability, are easily installed and can be adjusted to the
desired length.
For corded systems optional design cord weights are
available in chrome, anthracite or white.

Systems) or can be slid into the flexible carrier using a
4 m
profile which is sewn onto the fabric (Silent Gliss 2730
and 2760). The profile can then be washed together with
the fabric.
