Southern Denmark<br />

<strong>Kolding</strong> has a population of 89.500 people<br />

1 and a half our far by train from the Capital<br />

Copenhagen<br />

<strong>Kolding</strong> offers nightclubs,<br />

cafés, museumsfacilities


International <strong>Business</strong> Academy<br />

IBA is a major higher education in the heart of Denmark.<br />

The school has now about 800 students on IBA programs.<br />

Major internationally recognized center of excellence for<br />

degree programs in management, marketing, finance and<br />

design at professional, bachelors, master’s and MBA levels.<br />

IBA offers study exchange and internships<br />

The case<br />

The business case was based on the management in the banking<br />

industry.<br />

We worked with a real Danish bank called: Frøs Herreds<br />

Sparekasse<br />

The assignment: To develop a management strategy to keep Frøs<br />

Herreds Sparekasse in a leading position for the years to come

The project tests the students ability to:<br />

- Comprehend the situation of a company within a<br />

limited time frame<br />

- Analyse and identify a company’s internal and<br />

external situation and its potential for development<br />

- Select and gather relevant data<br />

- Assess data and analyse them according to given<br />

problem fields<br />

- Present results in writing and orally in an<br />

appealing way<br />

- Work together across educational backgrounds<br />

and cultures
