How to Find Duplicated Voter Records
Export Voter List to a .csv file.
Open file in Excel and delete unnecessary columns, leave last, first & middle name,
DOB, street # and street name (columns A – F)
In Column G, enter formula
=B1:B49448 & " " & D1:D49448
49448 should be replaced with the number of rows in file.
This combines first name to DOB into one cell.
Copy formula throughout the whole column.
In Column H, enter formula:
=IF(COUNTIF(G$1:G$49448,G:G)>1,"Duplicated","")
This looks through the whole column to find duplicated records.
Copy formula throughout the whole column.
Then do a filter, and select to filter for the rows that have “Duplicated” in column H.
Copy all those rows into a new spreadsheet, and sort by DOB and street.
