5.3 Refunding a transaction<br />

Before we can set your account live, you will need to refund one of the test transactions you have<br />

already performed. Whilst signed in to MySagePay as a user which has privileges to refund a<br />

transaction, select the Transactions tab.<br />

Click a successful transaction and then the ‘Refund’ button.<br />

You will be prompted with a screen to enter your password. You also have the opportunity to set a<br />

description for the refund and modify the amount. You cannot refund for more than the original<br />

amount.<br />

MySagePay is also available on mobile devices.<br />

The following features are currently available:<br />

- List of transactions (including status)<br />

- Transaction details<br />

- Account activity monitoring<br />

- Sage Pay news and alert notifications<br />

- Sage Pay support access<br />
