Location<br />

All electronic products are susceptible to electrostatic<br />

shock, so follow proper grounding procedures during<br />

installation.<br />

<strong>FlowCERT</strong> must be mounted in a non-hazardous (safe) area, and the<br />

transducer fitted in the hazardous area.<br />

When choosing a location to mount the enclosure, bear in mind the following:<br />

• Ensure that the <strong>FlowCERT</strong> is installed in a “Safe”, non-hazardous,<br />

area.<br />

• For a clear view of the LCD display it is recommended that it is<br />

mounted at eye level.<br />

• The mounting surface is vibration-free.<br />

FM APPROVED TRANSDUCERS<br />

Class I, Div. 1, Group A, B, C & D<br />

Class II, Div. 1, Group E, F & G<br />

• The ambient temperature is between -20ºC and 50ºC.<br />
