P144 Call Type<br />
This parameter determines what type of connection is made via the modem.<br />
Option<br />
Description<br />
0= Off (Default) Remote alarm function is disabled<br />
1 = Ring This option initiates a connection to a<br />
remote modem/computer which will then<br />
allow remote communication with the unit.<br />
Please consult Pulsar or your local<br />
distributor for further details.<br />
2= SMS This option initiates a predetermined<br />
message which is sent to the remote<br />
telephone number detailing date and time<br />
the alarm was initiated, the site ID, alarm<br />
condition and level at the time the alarm<br />
was initiated.<br />
P145 Tel. No.1<br />
This parameter is used to enter the number of ‘0’s that appear at the<br />
beginning of the telephone number to be dialled to receive the message.<br />
Option<br />
Description<br />
0= None No ‘0’s present at the beginning of the<br />
telephone number to be dialled.<br />
1 = Add 0 (Default) 1 ‘0’ present at the beginning of the<br />
telephone number to be dialled.<br />
2= Add 00 2 ‘0’s present at the beginning of the<br />
telephone number to be dialled.<br />
P146 Tel. No2<br />
This parameter is used to enter the next 6 digits, following the ‘0’s, of the<br />
telephone number to be dialled. If there are less then 6 digits following the<br />
‘0’s then just enter the digits required, if there are more than 6 digits<br />
following the ‘0’s then enter the first 6 digits and then proceed to P147 to<br />
enter the remainder.<br />
P147 Tel. No3<br />
This parameter is used to enter any remaining digits of the telephone<br />
number to be dialled after completion of P145 and P146 above.<br />
