RGB LIQUID CRYSTAL COLOR FILTER
Slider and Non-Slider Format
Slider Module
The RGB Liquid Crystal Color Filter Slider module
allows for the color filter element to be moved into
and out of the field of view. The slider provides for
easy switching from color to monochrome imaging.
Non-Slider Module
The RGB Liquid Crystal Color Filter module is compact
and can be easily removed for monochrome imaging.
The RGB Liquid Crystal Color Filter modules are combined with high-resolution, monochrome CCD cameras to create high
quality color images. Red, green and blue filter states are created by electronically switching the liquid crystal color filter.
Color information is acquired sequentially to provide true-color images at full resolution in each color plane. Up to 36-bit
color images can be created sequentially acquiring 12-bit red, green and blue images. The color module is controlled by the
QImaging camera and QCapture Software and is easy to install and use with a single cable connecting the module to the
camera. The filter mounts to the camera C-mount and presents a Nikon F-mount to the optical system.
