Pearson Scoring Services
Pearson Clinical Assessment now offers a scoring service for the Q Local range of
assessments. Our Mail-In Scoring Service provides reports to clinicians and organisations
who do not require the immediate on-site scoring and reporting offered by Q Local
software.
Mail-In Scoring Service
Our Mail-In Scoring Service ensures your answer sheets are scanned promptly and your
reports are generated accurately in hard copy or PDF format as required.

1. Please mail or Express Post your answer sheets to the mailing address below:

2. Mail completed answer sheets* together with a Pearson Scoring Service Processing
Form (see over) or letterhead with the correct return address (we cannot accept
packages or envelopes without a return address). Please include a telephone contact
where we can reach you easily during business hours.
3. Answer sheets will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note NSW
Public Holidays must be taken into account.
4. Unless otherwise specified, your reports will be returned to you via Express Post at
no additional charge. If requested we will email the completed reports as PDFs.
5. To ensure prompt processing of your reports, please check that all the required
information has been coded correctly on your answer sheets. (e.g. gender, age, etc).
*Note:
To accurately scan and score your reports our scanning equipment can only read and
capture the data using the original answer sheets. Faxed, scanned or emailed copies of
answer sheets will not scan and will incur an additional charge.
