1. SCOPE.
1.1 . Scope. These guidelines are non-regulatory and provide
guidance and information for the use of Common Look and Feel in
the development of frame-based IETMs. The requirements set
forth in this document assume that the data is in SGML/XML
format and are intended to provide more specific direction to
IETM developers in order to obtain consistency for IETMs across
NAVAIR.
1.2 . Applicability. These requirements are applicable for use by
NAVAIR and supporting contractors.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS.
2.1 . General. The documents listed below are not necessarily all
the documents referenced herein, but are the ones that are
needed in order to fully understand the information provided
within.
2.2 . Government documents.
2.2.1 . Specifications, standards, and handbooks. The following
specifications, standards, and handbooks form a part of this
document to the extent specified herein. Unless otherwise
specified, the issues of these documents are those listed in the
latest issue of the Department of Defense Index of
