B.2.10 Maintenance Levels. Describe and provide the level of
maintenance that the IETM should support. Describe what
features are available in the IETM that supports or aids
testing, fault isolation and troubleshooting of the system.
B.2.11 Training Levels. Describe whether the IETM will need to
support any training requirements. When training information is
required describe the training data that will be included in the
IETM. Also, forecast any training schedules that may be
required to support the IETM.
B.2.12 Manning Requirements. In most cases the IETM should reduce
the amount of manning required to support systems. When
additional manning or reduction in manning is required they must
be addressed in the CONOPS.
B.2.13 Existing Government and Contractor Infrastructure. Describe
whether current government and contractor infrastructure exists
to support the IETM. Provide details on limitations by the
government or contractor that need to be compensated for.
Describe how the government and contractor should overcome
limitations to support the creation, maintenance and update of
the IETM.
B.2.14 IETM Implementation Schedule. Provide the details on the
how the IETM should be implemented. Describe the IETM
implementation schedule including the Comprehensive IETM Plan.
Describe the time frame from proof of concept, actual IETM
development and in-process reviews.
B.2.15 Urgency of Information Update. Describe the process for
direct updating of IETMs and the role of the government and
contractor in this process.
B.2.16 Security. Provide the restrictions under which classified
information should be access in the IETM.
B.2.17 Display Hardware, Operating Systems, Networks and
Compatibility. Determine the display hardware, operating
systems and network capabilities required for the IETM.
Describe the network operating environment and compatibility
issues that users may face when using the IETM.
B.2.18 Environmental Conditions and IETM Display Hardware.
Describe the environmental hazards and operating conditions that
the IETM display should be operating under. For example high
noise levels, dirt, water, salt, light levels, heat, grease or
long hours of operation.
