A11.03 ATLANTIC/PACIFIC CALL HF WORKING FREQUENCIES (2K8J3E)
This circuit provides for common medium and long range radiotelephone
communications between ship stations (GOVT & NON-GOVT) and COMMSTAS
for safety liaison traffic. On a secondary basis COMMSTAS may use the
coast station frequencies for inter-COMMSTA communications for passing
urgent and emergency messages and COMMSYS control when required.
Calling and working for ship-shore-ship communications will be in the
duplex frequency mode as indicated below. COMMSTA guard times on the
ship station frequencies desired by area commanders to meet operational
needs will be included in this schedule. Frequencies shown are
assigned frequencies, with carrier or dial frequencies in parentheses.
