This circuit is controlled by Commander, Atlantic Area, and is
applicable to the below listed Coast Guard coast radio stations for
the exchange of CW communications with merchant vessels for safety
and liaison traffic. Coast Guard ships and aircraft desiring to
use this circuit should be use those frequencies listed in circuit A09.
