This circuit is under operational control of commander, Pacific Area.<br />
The circuit is available for all RATT equipped ships fpr secure and<br />
non-secure RATT communications. NMO is the NET control station. The<br />
frequencies must be used by the coast and ship station in the paired<br />
mode only.<br />
