<strong>Coast</strong> Stations: Honolulu (NMO), Guam (NRV)<br />
This circuit is under the operational control of Commander, Pacific<br />
Area. This circuit is available to all RATT equipped ships and aircraft<br />
for secure and non-secure RATT communications. NMO is the net control<br />
station. Ships and aircraft are authorized to use the coast station<br />
frequencies.<br />
