This circuit is under the operational control of Commander, Atlantic<br />

Area. The circuit is available for all RATT equipped ships for<br />

secure and non-secure RATT communications. NMN is the net control<br />

station. The frequencies must be used by the coast and ship station<br />

in the paired mode only.<br />

Note:<br />

The carrier or dial frequency is parenthesis is applicable to<br />

SSB RATT transmissions only, and is located 1700Hz below the<br />

assigned frequency.<br />
