<strong>Coast</strong> Stations: Boston (NMF), Portsmouth (NMN)<br />
This circuit is under the operational control of Commander, Atlantic<br />
Area. The circuit is available to all RATT equipped ships and aircraft<br />
for secure and non-secure RATT communications. NMN is the net control<br />
station. Ships and aircraft are authorized to use the coast station<br />
frequencies.<br />
