This circuit is under the operational control of Commander, Atlantic<br />

Area. The Circuit is available for all RATT equipped ships for secure<br />

and non-secure RATT communications. NMG is the net control station.<br />

The frequencies must be used by the coast and ship station in the paired<br />

mode only.<br />

NOTE: The carrier or dial frequency in parenthesis is applicable to SSB<br />

RATT transmissions only, and is located 1700Hz below the assigned<br />

frequency.<br />
