This circuit is under the operational control of Commander, Atlantic<br />

Area. The circuit is available for all RATT equipped ships and aircraft<br />

for secure and non-secure RATT communications. NMG is the net control<br />

station. Ships and aircraft are authorized to use the coast station<br />

frequencies.<br />

Note: The carrier or dial frequency in parenthesis is applicable to SSB<br />

RATT transmissions only, and is located 2.0 kHz below the assigned<br />

frequency.<br />
